Three areas anchor every JEE Main Physics paper: mechanics, electrodynamics, and modern physics. Within mechanics, rotational motion, work-energy, and laws of motion appear almost without fail. Electrodynamics reliably delivers questions from current electricity, electrostatics, and magnetic effects of current. Modern physics contributes through the photoelectric effect, atomic models, and semiconductors. Together these chapters routinely account for the majority of the section.
